Accounts Payable

Collections – Investigate accounts receivable and contact customers in arrears to foster better cash flow. Bill collection is a series of customer contacts to remind and request payment for services or goods provided.

Bill Approval  & Bill Payment – A review of accounts payable to find overdue bills to vendors so management can prioritize and approve specific invoices to be paid, amounts approved for payment and payment to vendors through the payment processor via your business checking account or credit card. (Processor fees apply to payments made via company credit card).

Training – Training on how to upload bills for payment through the QuickBooks Online EcoSystem.

Accounts Receivable

Invoice Processing – Entering invoiced sales information to the sales journal with another option to create customer invoices for you and receive, process and deposit customer payments.

Aging Schedule – Create customer sales aging schedule to track accounts receivable and help boost cash flow. Create similar aging schedules to track accounts payable, loans, leases, and equipment payments.
